Very good memory from the great teacher on how to mix different styles,grooves tempos,and rythms all into one jam!!! Jimi was just the greatest, and this “MIDNIGHT” composition is just something only something he could have done PERIOD!!!! War Hereos is just off the charts!!

Yes its infact music written by a Swedish duo called Hanson and Carlson. They were the greatetst and most talented musicians ever coming from Sweden Much better than Yngwie Malmsteen another Swedish guy.

This version was recorded the same day as All along the Watchtower -1/26/68. There are numerous live versions, the two I’d recommend checking out are 1/10/69- Copenhagen- he actually plays hammer-ons, pull-offs ala Van Halen in the middle of it, the earliest(that I know of) example of this technique, and the 1st Royal Albert Hall show 2/18/69- mine is a poor recording, but he blazes away on Tax Free at this show, the concert opener.
