From 0:35-0:55, that should have won them the case. Jackie is right on point! The gangs other antics over the years is what buried them!

Yea this scene is great. All Jackie Chiles scenes really, he’s probably my favorite secondary character. Totally a spoof of Johnny Cochran.

I know, it read funny, but i was running out of characters and had to edit it-2.5 men is getting better-it’s been good from about midway throughthe first season on-it’s just funny-no hugs, no learning, none of that-just comedy-give it a look, I think you’ll like it-mostAndy Ackerman shows are pretty good, he started as an editor on Cheers, and eventually took over the show, I’m sure thats where the Ted Danson references come from, also on Becker, Andy’s show, the Diner is called Reggie’s

wait are you saying 2.5 men is getting better now, or getting worse? i’ve actually never watched the show. i prefer seinfeld repeats to anything that’s on these days…..

the basic storyline was flawed, the law they were charged with violating said something along the likes of: If it was “reasonably safe” to intervene, you were obligated to-if i remember right, the mugger had a gun, or at least had his hand in his pocket like he had a gun-so, that doesn’t seem reasobly safe to me-greatest show of all times-no lessons, no “special episodes” none of that bs, 2 and a half men is like that now, some of the early episodes were “touchy feely” both by Andy Ackerman

…”a bystander by definition, is innocent; that is the nature of bystanding!”

It’s actually a good argument, as someone commented.
