How much does it cost to get a lawyer to send someone a letter?

I Lent someone income as well as they sealed the contract.I wish to get the counsel to send them the duplicate of it as well as minute observant if they dont compensate by due date (which they pronounced they wouldnt as well as never saw contract) i will be receiving authorised action.Any thought how most the counsel would assign to send letter?

Just write it yourself. Type it up and send it certified return receipt. Keep a copy. Then use it to file small claims. Lawyers are too expensive!

Anything from free to a couple of hundred dollars. Ask an attorney.

You don’t really need a lawyer. write the letter yourself explaining your defense, print a copy of the contract and send it certified mail (costs about $2).

If they want to fight it (which chances are they won’t) you have that contract and the certified letter.

There is not a fixed number, it can go from $50 to $250 or more.

My advise is to take the phone book and start calling, I’m sure that you could find someone willing to give you a good deal. Just try to avoid "fancy" law firms since they are probably in no need to bargain.
