    The Constitution contains about 4400 words and was meant to be understood by all.

    The tax code contains about 10,000,000 words and was meant to be understood by none.

    The Supreme Court has ruled that the Sixteenth Amendment gives the government no new powers of taxation; therefore the entire tax code is null and void. Its unconstitutional and therefore not the law.

    The income tax is illegal and should not be paid.

    The Seventh Circuit noted that the information compiled in The Law That Never Was has been known since 1913, and the court found that it presented no grounds for invalidating the Sixteenth Amendment.

    The only valid basis for not paying a tax placed on personal income would be through proving the 16th Amendment as a fraud through improper ratification. Some insist this is the case, that some states did not ratify the ‘exact’ same Amendment from Congress (word for word, minor spelling mistakes, etc), resulting in less than the 2/3 necessary who correctly ratified the amendment. Even if true, almost 100 years later, would Congress really remove such a financally rewarding amendment?

    @asicit2b

    Yes, EVERYONE is an individual and a person. Corporations are also a person under the law.

    Why do you think there are people that are not individuals?

    @freenow77

    Unless specifically exempted, Title 26 DOES impose a tax on all income.

    The Squid is an lRS stooge who has been spamming these videos for years under several different names.

    Pay no attention to this criminal.

    Watch all the videos, do the research, use your head, and let your conscience be your guide.

    Hopefully you will do the right thing and that’s to stop giving these criminals your money.

    Good grief, get with the program. You cited a court case where the court ruled that “the code imposes a tax on all income.” This is absurd. The code does not say this. The tax is imposed on taxable income, which is NOT all income. I didn’t say the tax is imposed on gross income. Your post is pointless.

    @freenow77

    If a tax is imposed on your income then, by definition, that income is taxable i.e. taxable income.

    The tax is not imposed on gross income, only on taxable income.

    So, brush up on your English and take a chill pill.

    You’re the idiot too then! The court said that “the code imposes a tax on all income.” Nowhere in the Internal Revenue Code is there a tax imposed on ALL income. The income tax imposed in 26 USC Subtitle A is on “taxable income,” not all income. The court is wrong.

    Again, I’m not applying anything where it isn’t applicable. You seem to think that getting paid to do something is not ‘income’ when it is, by definition.

    “that judge is an idiot”

    LOL!!! Look in the mirror…

    Section 61 “…gross income means all income from whatever source derived…”

    Section 63″…the term taxable income means gross income minus the deductions allowed by this chapter (other than the standard deduction).”
