I’m formulation to begin a mobile taxation use office. I’m from CA. we have a CTEC license, PTIN number,insurance as well as we will get my EFIN for a e-file. The IRS website is not which transparent in this issue. This tiny commercial operation will be owne by a single chairman as well as won’t have any employee. Do we need a EIN?

All the IRS TAX fields that are marked with REQ must be filled when search for IRS Tax

It was my experience that in order to open a checking account in my business name I had to have an EIN. One person, no employees.
