Can an attorney represent a client if they did not sign contract?
I had this profession for my divorce. After last conference he windrowed himself. Now you am starting behind to justice per kid custody. Can he paint me if after his windrow you did not pointer the brand new contract?
If you didn’t have a contract, he has a right to withdraw! My husband is an attorney and he always has clients sign a contract so he is guaranteed payment! I am his secretary and I help approve and disapprove clients.
What the heck is "windrowed?" You mean "withdrawn?"
If he withdrew himself and voided the contract to represent you, how would he get paid? And.. how is he bound by contract to present you, not someone else?
There is no interest in his/her part to do what you suggested….
